Q. Does PSPi charge a fee for candidates searching for a new position?
A. No. A candidate applying for new employment opportunities through PSPi will never be charged a fee of any kind. Our fees are paid by the client company that hires the candidate and do not affect the consideration of the candidate.
Q. I am concerned about confidentiality. I do not want my current employer to know I am looking for a new job. How do you handle this?
A. We fully understand the importance of confidentiality while conducting a job search. For that reason, PSPi maintains a corporate confidentiality policy to which we strictly adhere. A Curriculum Vitae/resume will never be submitted for an open position without first obtaining permission for the candidate. We will provide details pertaining to the job opening as well as the hiring company. If the candidate is interested and gives us permission, only then will we submit his/her paperwork with recommendation to the hiring company.
